| You can search for ECP in 3 ways: ONLINE, SMS AND CALL CENTER. |

SEARCH - ONLINE |
|
| |
Search online for information on a specific ECP. Use either
the name, short code, or brand name as your search detail. To
retrieve the ECP name, find it in your bill. This will provide
you with information on an ECP's short code and customer service
hotline. |

|
| |
Use the HELP keyword or BANTUAN and send an SMS to the ECP
shortcode. |

STEP 1

Type HELP or BANTUAN and send it to the short code corresponding
to the ECP. |

STEP 2

|
| |
You will receive a <Free msg> To cancel service, send
STOP to 3xxxx. To stop promotions, send OUT to 3xxxx. Customer
